Summary

If certain identical external stimuli appear over and over again, the subsequent reactions gradually become a habit. While the first time this stimulus appeared, a certain amount of force was necessary before action, this energy process is simplified when the same stimulus occurs frequently, so one acts without first activating the entire apparatus via the brain.
